Walmart Vision & Glasses provides helpful and friendly service. The staff is amazing, incredibly friendly, extremely knowledgeable, patient, attentive, and super nice. They are also supportive, understanding, and comforting, especially when dealing with a scary diagnosis or urgent problem, providing specialist referrals when needed. The team is excellent in helping to fit glasses, working diligently to adjust frames for comfort even when it is challenging. They are accommodating, letting customers in after closing time and inviting them back for further adjustments anytime. While the glasses selection is good and the service is great, there can be occasional minor issues like misfiled orders. Overall, the experience is highly recommended, offering valuable service at a reasonable cost compared to other expensive places.
Great experience even though I got a somewhat scary diagnosis. Dr. was amazing and supportive as well as understanding about my fear. So comforting and understands the urgency behind the problem so provided me with a referral for a specialist.
Very helpful. Yes they do laugh occasionally but you really gotta bring your A-game jokes before they loosen up a bit. Abigail was excellent when it came to mine to fit my glasses. Let me in even though it was (at) after closing time! No more Super Glue and electrical taped frames!
Received two voice mails saying my glasses were ready to pick up. Didn't get a chance to pick up right away hence the two automated voice mails. They weren't busy when I went which was great because I'm terrible at figuring out what is comfortable on my face. The glasses were misfiled so Rodrigo had a hard time finding them. But finally we had them and fitting commenced. My nose is not conducive for holding plastic frames but since these were the best looking on my face, I bought them. So Rodrigo had to adjust them until I was semi sure of comfort. He was patient and friendly. Attentive. I walked around grocery shopping and realized one side was pressing on my ear so I went back. Abigail adjusted them for me as Rodrigo was now with another customer. Then both of them helped me and we had a great time talking and adjusting. I finally just went home as I agreed with Abigail that my face and eyes couldn't take anymore and letting them relax overnight would help. They told me I could come back anytime to adjust the frames and wished me a good day. I would recommend them since I did like the frames they have and service was great.
