I came in for a trim and full color and it came out lovely. The woman who trimmed my hair checked in with me several times to ensure I was happy with the amount she was taking off and the woman who colored my hair went out of her way to make sure I was able to get the color I was requesting. Even though I was a walk in and they were very sweet and accommodating. Happy with how my hair turned out!

I Made the mistake of cutting my own hair and didn't do as well as I was hoping. I walked into VIP's Beauty salon looking like a hot mess. Maricela was the hairstylist who greeted me when I walked in. She was able to get me in a chair right away, very professional, and knew exactly what the assignment was. She did an absolutely phenomenal job fixing, layering and then styling my hair for me. I want to just say Thank you again ,you made my day.

I called ahead and I was invited to come right in. When I arrived I was greeted and then waited for a few minutes until the stylist I had spoken to on the phone started my service. I wish I had remembered to ask her name, because she was very kind and really took her time with my hair. She asked questions to ensure she was cutting and styling to my preferences which I greatly appreciate. It's always a little conspicuous feeling to be the only white person in a space who doesn't speak the language that's being spoken by the majority but I never felt unwelcomed or like I was being talked about.
