My first class at TWST I thought I was going to literally pass out. A week prior, Kerry asked me, "do you work out?" HAH! It had been a few years and a couple childbirths since I had had any semblance of an exercise routine. But I try not to turn down invitations and I took her up on an intro class, despite some trepidation about making a fool of myself. I have received nothing but encouragement and astute instruction from Kerry and the rest of the crew at TWST over the last year. Yes, the first few classes were a hurdle, because Lagree is an intense workout and it's a shock to the system at first. (Don't let that stop you from trying it out for a couple of weeks.) What I love about the studio is the unwavering support for my fitness practice, as well as the constant challenge to go deeper, hold longer, and find my strength. If you're looking for a stellar fitness community, look no further.
