Dr. Hafer is a perfect fit for our Benny and for us. She and the staff are so compassionate and thoughtful and truly concerned with the best outcomes and care of our fur Babby. The facility is second to none, and we will always use Tall Grass Animal Hospital for these reasons and more.
I am a transfer patient and all the staff has been nothing short of amazing. All the staff are very professional and does a thorough job in explaining what’s going on and preventative measures.
We bring both of our dogs here and have always had a wonderful experience. Everyone is patient, kind, and knowledgeable—from the front desk staff to the veterinary assistants and Dr. Thornton. They take the time to answer our questions and genuinely care about our pets. We highly recommend this clinic!
