I came with a problem and Alan and his team did the best to get the best results they could, don’t get inpatient if they take time to answer a phone call or a message they do their best to help you with your situation, they get back to me and my wife clear with what the next steps need to be taken, do your part and they do theirs.

Alan was very helpful, knowledgeable and was clear in explaining everything. He shared some new information that will make filing plus organization a lot easier for future filing and record keeping. Oh, and he was very friendly.
