Extremely Unprofessional Experience
I booked an appointment through StyleSeat with Lakisha and received a confirmation. I showed up 15 minutes early, but the salon was completely closed. The phone number listed didn’t work, and I got no response after reaching out on social media. After some searching, I found a different number—someone answered but didn’t identify themselves, only confirming I’d reached the salon. I explained the situation, and they said they’d check and get back to me… but never did. I waited on site for 50 minutes with no update before finally leaving.

After some searching, I found a different number--someone answered but didn't identify themselves, only confirming I'd reached the salon. I explained the situation, and they said they'd check and get back to me... but never did. I waited on site for 50 minutes with no update before finally leaving. If this had been a regular day, it would still be frustrating--but this was for an important event. If you can't manage your appointments or communicate with clients, you shouldn't be on a booking platform. Completely unprofessional. I would trust this Salon or Lakisha.
