We had a broken roof support on our front porch. I reached out and had the pleasure of working with Ruby. She was great! Came out quick and gave a very reasonable price. S&R Eagle Services LLC was recommended to my by my daughter, who had engaged their services two years ago. My daughter put me in touch with Nubia and she got the process started. Nubia worked closely with the insurance and documented everything that needed to be addressed due to hail and wind damage. She kept me informed every step of the way. The entirety of the project involved siding repair, roof replacement, window screen replacement, and outside light replacement. We originally wanted to add on a room but permits would not allow it. So we replaced our worn out deck with a cement deck and added on something that had pull down shades and a roof system that can open. Major upgrade to what we had. It even had a heater installed above the door. Wanted to thank Eric and Jeff for getting this done.
