As a Real Estate broker and owner of rental properties, I have used Roof Brokers many times over the past 10+ years. One of the benefits is that their inspectors are independent from the roofing companies they work with. I never feel that they are pushing for a roof to be replaced when repairs and a certification are more affordable outcomes. The other benefit is that they give you at least 2 bids to choose from. I've had great experiences with Roof Brokers and the roofing contractors they work with.

Luis came out from an online roof inspection order in a timely fashion and got us quick quotes for replacement from 3 vendors. Great response and coordination up front knowing we are selling our house. Where he really shined was coming back out to meet our insurance adjuster on shorter notice, talked through the process, and represented our interests to ensure things were inspected properly. I look forward to seeing the next step of roof replacement but so far I’ve been very impressed with his service oriented approach, and his great attitude helping us out! Thanks Luis!
