Last few times I came in was not the best massage. The first time I came in it was great, but then it went south. I see that anybody who leaves a negative review is getting bashed by the establishment instead of trying to make it better. They just tell the person their experience was crap and they were the problem.
The pressure to leave a higher amount tip was enough to turn me off for coming back. A tip is optional and no one should be coerced into a higher amount. I was asked twice to leave a 30% tip, which I was not going to do and I had to fight to leave what I felt was appropriate. Nobody should be fighting with a customer.

This was my second time in. Peaceful, attentive and comfortable. I get the foot and body package. I might try something else next time. But I like what I've gotten. Hot water foot soak, massage and pressure points massage on front side. Covered by light blanket to only expose the appendage being worked on. Then feet, then backside, again with light blanket to keep body warm and comfortable. My feet are not happy with me, I blame aging. So putting my feet into warm water, then getting the massage helps me feel I'm doing myself a favor. The technicians here are polite and professional/serious. My Chinese is too weak but their English is good enough that it's not a problem. Thank you.
