My experience at the Aurora location was great! The staff was timely, thorough & compassionate. Great communication throughout the appointment. Leslie (nurse practitioner) was relatable, knowledgeable & kind. She made sure I knew what was going on throughout the entire procedure. Her assistant and KJ (receptionist) were all great. My previous appointments with Planned Parenthood have been at the Park Hill location- it is good to now know there is another great location in the Denver area.

Arrived to my appointment only to be told the provider had left for the day and “they tried to call me” but i had no missed calls or voicemails. Very frustrating and a waste of my time and money spent on uber rides.

If your veins are usually difficult to find in blood work situations, do yourself a favor and don’t go to this planned parenthood location. Even knowing my veins are challenging to find & being patient in those moments, I’ve never had a medical provider unable to eventually find them and do what needs to be done.
I was already in there as follow up appointment to re-do blood work, due to my previous blood draw breaking on the way to the lab, from routine testing at another planned parenthood I hadn’t previously visited.
