I've dealt with Pat for many years, through my work, on many different projects. He shows up on time, offers suggestions (if he sees something that won't work), his work is excellent and and priced right. Most recently, I had Pat replace my own roof...he suggested what type of shingle to use and my insurance company loved that (I got a discount on my policy) - it turned out beautiful.
