Started out good on a ticket for about 9 days and my personal belongings came up missing

This office has some serious problems with interpretation in communication and professionalism. If you ask questions or have concerns, they will take offense and say you are not being professional, when it is really them. If you have any reason to talk to this branch, avoid talking to Jessica if you have concerns Thanks.
