I loved the house cleaner who came to the house, but she moved on to different things after awhile. After that house cleaner left, the owner stopped communicating and wouldn't reply to texts or calls. I called from a different phone number and she answered promptly. She told me their business is closed. She could've called or let me know, which leads me to suspect that she is lying. This is obviously not a company I recommend anyone work with.Service: Standard cleaning

I hired them to clean my parents home. They did a pretty good job for 6 months every other week, but one week they just stopped coming no call or explanation. I tried to reach the owner Janine and also the person that came out to clean but they never return the many attempts to reach them.

When their employee (and the person who had been cleaning for us for many months) quit, they never sent a replacement. We tried calling, texting, email. The owner never responded or answered. We tried calling from a different number and the owner instantly picked up, claiming the business had shutdown. I find the business shutdown to be hard to believe, but if it is true, why ghost your old clients? If they didn't shut down, why ghost you old clients? If you don't want to work for us, just let us know so we can move on. As it stands we're now scrambling to find a replacement because we assumed unless otherwise stated they would continue to arrive at the same time they had for the past several years. Honesty is always the best policy for a business owner, saying "we need to shut down" is fine, saying "we don't want to work for you anymore because of X" is also completely fine. Ghosting your clients is never the right answer.
