Keary Carman was the Funeral Director for our service. He was very attentive and performed his responsibilities perfectly. He was a pleasure to work with. During the initial meeting, Keary was patient as well as through in gathering the data that was needed. I will recommend him as well as Newcomer to any and all that i meet needing Funeral services.
Updated review after speaking with Mr. Ratliff. An employee made some mistakes and failed to acknowledge them. Their Director of Operations, Mr. Ratliff, and I spoke and he let me know how sorry Newcomer is for the error and for the poor communication. I greatly appreciate that he reached out to me and took responsibility. I accepted his apology and consider the matter closed. I would not hesitate to recommend Newcomer to others.
