Debbie and Dr Vu really helpful! They take the time to explain overall insurance coverage and eye concerns. At 54 I need permanent glasses and couldn't be more excited to have came to this place! Conveniently located. Nice well organized layout. So many different eyeglasses to try on. All the staff kind and considerate. I will not go anywhere else. They actually answer the phone normally on the first ring too! Debbie and Dr Vu go see them you will be in great hands!
I had a family emergency and had to leave for my flight within an hour of booking it. In my rush, I forgot my contacts for one eye (I wear dailies) and my glasses and I NEED them to see because I am blind without them.
I tried calling the ophthalmologist office at the hospital where I was and the woman working in the optical shop couldn’t help me (they do mostly hard custom lenses). She was very apologetic said I should try MyEyeDr. I gave them I call and asked for just a few sample lenses for my right eye, that I had my prescription and could send it over. I had a great experience at this myEyeDr location. The staff was friendly and efficient, and they got me a prescription that’s better than any I’ve had before. Michal helped me pick out a new pair of stylish frames, and I’ve already gotten several compliments on them. I definitely recommend this place.
