What you replied regarding the 1 Star Review is inaccurate. The Review stands and if I would give less than 1 star I would. There were no responses and I never received a quote for the entire project. The quote that was received was for only removal of the junipers and the flower box. Nothing in regards to tree trimming or adding rocks and plants. I can e-mail you that quote if you like. That's why you received no response. I was awaiting a complete quote. The excuses for not coming out when planned included going to the Vet, don't answer the phone when working and have another job. sean was recommended to me from a client I work with. I couldn't be more happy with the overall experience as well as the work that was done. Sean went above and beyond making sure everything was perfect and that I was completely happy with all of the work that was done. I wasn't 100% sure on everything I wanted done so he was able to give me multiple quotes for different options and help me figure out what it was that I truly wanted done in my space. he was able to get the work done in record time with better prices than i had been quoted from other companies. Sean and Lighthouse did an amazing job removing dead trees and replacing them at a reasonable cost. I will definitely look to work with them on future projects. Responded quickly and communicated clearly throughout the process.
