Absolutely the best customer service ever! Upon getting off of a plane at DIA, I had some shirts that required pressing to remove the wrinkles from traveling and prior to some important business events. This was on a Saturday and Kim's was kind enough to do this work while I waited. You don't find this kind of classy customer service too often these days! Give them a try, you'll love it!!!
I took my wedding gown to Kim's to deep clean it after taking it up numerous mountain tops, collecting grass, dirt, bugs, shrubs - whatever mother nature had, my gown collected (the skirt was about 8 layers of a tulle fabric, so it was easily attracting all items) and I think I let my inner thoughts out when she revealed my dress, looking as clean as when I first got it! I figured from prior reviews that Kim would do a great job, but holy moly, she really did that! It was a mammoth of a gown and I am so glad I trusted Kim to make it new again! Worth the Denver traffic to get to her and her talents!!
Everybody was so helpful with scheduling an appt. Complimented me and the dress continuously. Was very clear about price, if I changed weight it would be an additional charge. Very clean, and helpful
