I had an amazing experience. I worked with Chris during my whole experience. This is my second great carpet and flooring experience. The people there are very kind and generous. If you have any issues they will come back and fix them. I give them a five star rating *Edit* I am currently adjusting my review due to his worker Julie who did my water proof floors. It had a couple of bubbles in the flooring. Chris was nice enough to come back and fix it but now my floor has gaps in between the floor boards and screws that are popping up. Again the other two times I worked with this company things came out great! The sir who worked on my floors keeps promising to come back but has not made time or called to let me know with absolute certainty he will be here on a day and time to do it! I am very disheartened by this projected and am consistently reminded about every time I look at my floors.
