Absolutely fantastic! I only needed four things done for my vehicle for my 30,000 mile maintenance. The dealership quoted me between $400 and $500. I also got a quote from another place that quoted me $1700. JK One was affordable and aligned with what I needed. They didn't try to sell me services. I didn't need and were very transparent about their pricing. They are very responsive to yelp requests. They responded with 24 hours or less. They were able to offer me a time that was convenient for drop off early in the morning before work. They seem to be really fair and I will definitely be returning.
I had such a great experience with JK One Auto. I submitted a request on Yelp and described my concerns with my vehicle. They responded quickly, provided their own insight, and were able to take and fix my vehicle in the same day. They were reasonably priced and quick. I will be using them again in the future!
I had a bad experience with another mechanic this morning - they couldn't finish my alignment but didn't tell me that I had a bent part under one wheel. I had to call to ask about it when I was home and read their paperwork. Their proposed solution was a few days at a body shop, who'd then take it back to them to re-align and then back to the body shop. That sounded ridiculous, not to mention time consuming. So, looking on Yelp, I found many great reviews for JK Auto repair, so I decided to try them. They were pleasant, helpful - and fixed my car in an afternoon.
