Had two chains that had a broken clamp, one they tightened for me and fixed free of charge, the other one had to be replaced because it fully broke, fixed under 1 hour for 25$, nice people

I was hesitant to come here because of the reviews. I needed to adjust my watch band size. He was polite, very fast (less than 10 mins), and it only cost $10. No complaints from my experience.

Had a bracelet with a broken clasp. He got on it right away and within a hour it was ready to pick up. I had to look carefully to see his repair. That, and the cost was quite reasonable.Highly recommended!
