Courtney Wade is the owner of this franchise, and I have never watched another owner work as hard or as long as this young woman does. She gives 100% to her business, she is friendly, kind, genuine and makes a true effort to connect with her clients. The instructors are ALL top notch, but you'll want to go to a Courtney class. She will kick your booty!

The Aurora Cherry Creek location is by the far the best studio I've ever been privileged to be a part of! Courtney Wade is the owner of this franchise, and I have never watched another owner work as hard or as long as this young woman does. People of all strength levels and ages can do this workout. When I started I was very overweight and out of shape. The instructors are always happy to modify moves to make sure everyone is accommodated. The community is friendly and welcoming. It's my favorite place to workout.
