Initially I was super skeptical of acupuncture and doubted its effectiveness. But after about 4 months of horrible TMJ pain and back-to-back sinus infections, I decided to give acupuncture a try. Under Dana's care, I've not only enjoyed tremendous relief and recovery, but I'm also learning how to lead a more holistic life. I honestly don't think I'd have had the same level of recovery with any other practitioner. Dana tailored a treatment plan that incorporates my entire wellbeing. And, as someone who freaks out with needles (regardless of size or pain involved) Dana patiently and mindfully calmed me down during unexpected moments of panic. (Ha!) Unfortunately I'm moving and while I'm grateful for the tremendous improvements I've made at Insight Health Center, I'm fearful I'll never experience the same level of care and comfortability as I did with Dana!
