After the issues we had earlier on during the week, The Owner called to apologize and wanted to rectified the situation. He made me feel that I was a value customer.
They came out to fix my flashing from getting a Tankless Hot Water heater put in. They showed up a little earlier and it took them about a hour to do the job. They took pictures of the before and after to show me. Not only am I very pleased and happy with the job done. Even the worker was very apologetic and made sure I was happy with the job. We had a flawless experience with Highline. Eduardo and Julio were always easy to reach, quick to respond, and professional with great attention to detail. We had some complexity with our roof, given that we have a large array of solar panels; but they worked seamlessly with a solar company that removed and reinstalled the panels (who also did great work). They also removed and replaced some of the vents on the roof that were problematic. These guys are excellent and do quality work at a reasonable price - I highly recommend them.
These guys really saved the day. Answered the phone when I called before 7 a.m., came out a couple hours later and fixed it in under 2 hours for a reasonable price. Highly recommend!
