I always request Nicole to give me my haircut at your Tower and Hampden location. She does such a great job every time I come in. She’s very personable and always asks me if I want the same haircut.

I definitely won't return to this location. The haircut was mediocre, and she didn't even completely wet my CURLY hair. So I don't even see how she could have known if it was even. Especially since one side was wet and the other completely dry. This location was very unwelcoming. Not one person on staff smiled or anything. Everyone seemed grouchy and unwilling to speak to me. My hairstylist spoke maybe 10 words to me the whole time. I left looking frizzy, when my hair was fine before I came in. I understand there are off days, but please at least make it a less tense and unwelcoming.

Been going to the same stylist at this location for a few years now.
Most of the stylist are good enough, but Sheree (apologies if I misspelled) is THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!!!
*** The only stylist to avoid is the lady that’s at the front most chair on the left. She has cut my hair three times and her scissors & clippers are so dull. It feels like she’s ripping the hair out of my head. I end up with bruises on my neck and it pretty horrible experience.
