was my reaction whole time I was getting my hair done. So, I had gotten highlights and my hair trimmed before. I got to Great Clips and met a woman who looks like a boss who talks with respect so well when she communicates, I automatically trusted her with my life . Apparently, she was retiring due to personal reasons. I respect that of course, but I was heartbroken . She introduced me to a stylist, who had a tattoo on her forearm. I told her I only wanted my hair dyed back to black, and she seemed ok with it. Boy, was actions talking louder than her words . Soon as she puts on the cape, I was choked. I was so baffled, I readjusted immediately and she didn't even ask if it was too tight nor did she apologize. Still, it was ok for me. The whole time she was doing my hair though, she was so rough. I'm not tender headed, so for those who are, I have no words . I was ok when she shampooed and conditioned my hair but OH MY LAWDDDD, it's the fact there were black stains from the hair dye all over my neck and I can't say she ignored it, but it looked a lot like she did. The lady who greeted me kept telling her and she kept replying something else in her language (bilingual queen she is) but never acknowledged what the other lady was saying. I'm guessing it was her boss. Her boss comes over, she literally takes over and did my hair right. She was so sweet, so soft with my head and did an outstanding job with my hair. I left with confidence my hair looked great. Do I recommend you go here? I'm not sure I do. The nice lady retired, but who knows if your experience would be better? You would if you find out for yourself. Let us know how it goes afterwards
The service was quick, we only waited about 5 minutes after signing, which was immediate. The hairdresser was very personable and professional. I love my husbands haircut, he looks so handsome now.Service: Haircut
