Linda always does a great job! I wish there was a way of doing online check in that lets you choose your stylist. Check in showed 0 waiting but there were 4 ahead of me waiting for the same stylist when I arrived.

I was there about half an hour before they closed and still very courteous and professional, special thanks to Pi and the guy with dred locks being funny and very cool. I think he said it was Pi's 1st day and will definitely be back!!

Today was my first visit to the I-70 & Tower location in Aurora, CO. I was a walk in so they added me to the "checked in" list and I sat down to wait for the estimated 25 minutes. Even though they were very busy, within 10 minutes the stylist Pi brought me back to her chair. She was very friendly and cleared a space on her counter for my purse as I proceeded to let her know I would need a shampoo and haircut. Pi took her time (not in a lollygagging type of way) and gave me one of the best scalp massages I've ever had.
