Update: I was really happy with the cut I got. The guy took his time and got it right.

I had my head trimmed up today. The young lady that cut my hair was great. She asked all the right questions and did a great job. Very efficient. And if you download the app you can get coupons that will save you a lot of money. And checking in with the app is easy.

Staff at this location apparently aren't made aware in any way that inches don't directly translate to guard number on clippers lol. A #1 guard isn't an inch 🤦🏼

Haircut wasn't satisfactory. As soon as more people showed up, my haircut lady hurried up and finished my haircut very quickly and once again, I ended up with an unsatisfactory cut. Bummer.
