50 STARS - not only have I bought several computers from Best Buy on Mississippi over the years, but their service is phenomenal. I was in a predicament last night and needed a particular item. When I got it home, it was defective. I took it back to the store and the staff let me test the replacement item before I left the store. It worked great. BEST BUY IS THE BEST!

I just had my Dash Cam installed and it was an awesome experience. The amount of communication that went on before the install was fantastic. They set your expectations and then deliver past them. Not only was the install very nice it was done sooner than promised. The install by Russell was very professional and the end result looked and worked perfectly. I was treated as if I was the only customer and that was not the case. I if you are looking to get something installed in your vehicle I highly recommend RUSSELL at BESTBUY ON MISSISSIPPI In Aurora!

I brought a printer (needed a sublimation printer) and the salesperson pushed me to buy a printer that didn't print sublimation paper (which I needed) pretty rude..I'm gonna return it.. customer service had no clue what I was talking about having to ordering a printer..the cashier was professional though I guess that the only thing I can say about that store..
