Was just there as a companion to someone else getting help, but the girl(hopefully correct pronouns!) With colored hair seemed knowledgeable, and when I got up to use the water fountain, she was quick to offer to unlock the bathroom with the code, which was sweet even though unnecessary for me. She showed attentiveness while multitasking and that impressed me more than her cheery disposition ^_^ I regret not recalling her name so she gets the acknowledgement from the higher ups.
I made my appointment and got in the same day they were very knowledgeable and detailed about their explanations on the situation I had. They definitely helped me out and had great advice I think there's a pretty good team here.
On hold always for over an hour. No way to schedule an in home service on large appliances. Takes a week to get product fixed. You practically have to demand that they look up your warranty. 3 years with Washer dryer purchased new and already both need repairs! Never again
