Cody came out because I thought I might need my roof replaced for a solar install. He took his time inspecting and taking pictures, explained why the work wasn’t necessary, then sent me a written certificate I could share with my insurance company to verify my roof was in good standing for solar. I really appreciate contractors who are honest and upfront without trying to sell you something for the sake of it, all this help was all free of charge. Cody/Gardner Contracting are now at the top of my list for any future projects.

We needed our roof replaced due to hail damage. We also wanted new gutters. We had used Gardner Roofing before and were really pleased with them, so we called them again. Gary was our contact this time. He was great to work with and so was the crew. They exceeded our expectations on the timeline and worked with our insurance company to get us a great price.
