Final Touch Housekeeping came out to my apartment for a move-out cleaning. Michelle (the owner) is very friendly and readily available for scheduling and answering questions, which is highly convenient during a move. I emailed on a Sunday night and I got a response shortly after. They came out the next day and did a wonderful job! Completely professional and accommodating! I will be happy to use their services again in the future.

After nearly 3 years of service with Final Touch Housekeeping, we are still just as happy as with our first cleaning. The company trademark, we don't cut corners - we clean them, fits the level of service they provide. Staff has been very attentive to our families changing needs and the owner has always worked hard to accommodate our cleaning needs; we were weekly, changed to bi-weekly and then monthly but hoping to go bi-weekly ASAP! We have met several different teams and although we do have a regular cleaning team, we don't notice a difference when a different team cleans and they have never missed a scheduled cleaning. The owner works very hard to address problems or schedule conflicts. When there was an issue (missed interior French door) a team was sent back the next day without any questions asked or an inspection to ensure I was telling the truth - my word was enough. I have found texting to be the best way to contact the owner and she always responds. They leave notes for their monthly specials and have apparently won several awards. I would highly recommend Final Touch if you are looking for a house cleaning service that isn't too large to know your name. I appreciate being treated as an individual and not a number.

Final Touch Housekeeping did a move-out cleaning when we left our rented house. Michelle (the owner) is VERY easy to get in touch with by text, email, or phone and always responds promptly. She understood my price limit and helped me prioritize areas to be cleaned, to be sure that the most important things were done first. (We paid by the hour.) In the midst of my scatterbrained moving experience, Michelle was a lifesaver who thought of things I hadn't considered and made sure everything was done on time. The workers who came to our house were prompt, polite, and hardworking. Payment (via credit card) was simple, and the rates were quite reasonable. We got the majority of our deposit back without the added stress of having to do a deep cleaning!
