Dr Thormolen is great. He doesn’t rush through appointments. They typically seem to run on time and don’t leave you waiting. The front desk staff is friendly and when you call they actually answer. It’s isn’t a fancy place by any means but it’s kind of an old fashioned caring family kind of doctor.
I had been a patient for several years and believe they are the most friendliest staff I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. They have provided the best health care for my wife and I. Dr. Quintana is my Primary Care Physician and had trusted his advice ie recommendations, when pertaining to my personal care needs. The atmosphere is clean and inviting.
The front end staff are very pleasant to talk to and very accommodating. I would recommend this healthcare facility to anyone that I know, or aquatinted with. I really don't need to look any further for my healthcare needs, than Forum Family Medicine.
My husband and I have been looking for a Family Dr for at least 1 1/2. This practice is wonderful. The staff is great and Dr T is wonderful. Short waiting in the waiting room. I could not say enough about this practice. I have worked years in the medical field and I will rate above beyond. This practice goes out of there way to help.
