Erik was available shortly after we contacted him. Then, rolled with the changes that occurred during scheduling! Gave us a very detailed report, with photos, to show exactly what each item in his report referred too. Price was fantastic, personality was on point. Would definitely HIGHLY recommend Erik to friends/family!
