I had a female racoon and her pups nesting in my chimney, and then fell into my fire place.. I call another company and they said it would be 4 days before they could come to the house to help.. I called Steve and he said that he could be here in an hour.. He showed up promptly and helped get the Mom out of the fireplace, she was injured in the fall and then found all the pups in the chimney.
