I would give 100 stars if I could! Going through the insurance claims process and taking my car into a shop as a young woman is intimidating. The second I talked to Taylor on the phone I knew I was in good hands and had 100% trust in Discount Hail Repair. She helped talk me through the claims process, met me at the shop, and arranged for me to get a loaner car. Service was performed promptly. They were able to service my car ASAP while other Denver shops make you wait months. She was available for all my questions and concerns. If my car gets hail damage again (which it probably will in CO), I will always take it to Wes and Taylor. My car looks amazing.

Great job Wes and Blake! They dropped what they were doing to help me out with a door ding. Tough location to work on being right on a hard body line. No issue for them. I can’t see where the dent was even at now. Thanks again guys.
