Drains R Us was recommended by a friend. Several months later, we dumped a bag of pretzels down our garbage disposal. [Do not do this.] These wonderful people answered the phone without delay, checked for immediate availability, and called back within 5 minutes. Showed up on time. No fooling around. Excellent work. If they were they doctors I’d want them in the E.R. when I got there. Have added them to our contact list IN INK. Glad to know they are there.
We have had two wonderful experiences with this company! Came out as quickly as possible, made sure the job was done right and triple checked that everything was in great running condition before leaving. Fair prices for excellent work and excellent customer service including explaining what the issue is and why it needs to be resolved! Couldn't ask for anyone better.
