D1 uses skilled subs to do their work and they facilitate a good product. However their business management is terrible. They have massive cash flow issues that significantly effected our satisfaction with the project. We have done similar projects subsequently and didn’t even get a bid from them. Not worth the stress. Subs often don’t get paid and are grumpy about it which is never great and work was slowed because of their inability to purchase supplies due to tight cash flow.Service: Remodeling

We hired Division One to build an addition on our 1925 Bungalow. Kirk is honest and dependable. He runs his business with a lot of integrity, and his team did a great job on our addition.
