Called Dustin of CJR upon recommendation of a friend to join insurance investigator for inspection of hail damage to house and roof, and provide second opinion. Dustin pointed out several small details that investigator would likely have overlooked or ignored that got added to the estimate. Dustin gave me good overview of claims process and CJR's approach to restoration and that they would handle details and billing to ins. co. After several inquires and exchanges of information and submitting HOA specs, I had also received a second quote for comparison. I felt that CJR had the broader coverage for all the repair items. Since we are in a three-unit townhouse under a single roof, I contacted my two neighbors for their opinion. All agreed to go with CJR for their share. CJR secured the permits, ordered the materials and engaged the roofing and other contractors. The timing of repairs extended from 10/23 to 5/24, not for any negligence on CJR's part, but due to long lead time for materials (lots of shingles ordered due to extensive hail damage in area), winter weather, and contractor scheduling. The re-roofing work was done while we were snowbirding in AZ and not in residence. Other work, including gutter replacement, window re-screening, and touch-up painting was completed after our return. All work was professional and with totally satisfactory results. Dustin oversaw all details and kept us informed of progress. There was only one issue. The roofing crew did not remove all the waste materials, and I received a HOA violation for trash in the yard. Dustin took care of the issue immediately upon notification, and my violation was cleared. The insurance settlement was satisfactory. Going through a major restoration is never easy, but CJR made it as stress-free as possible. My neighbors are likewise satisfied. I give a confident recommendation. Looking at some of the other reviews--foul language, bad attitudes showing through--does a disservice to honest company effort. Get the whole picture before making a conclusion.

A wonderful company that took care of the whole project, roof, gutters and paint on my house from the hail damage that accrued during last years storms. The sale represents was friendly and helped me through the whole process making the claim process easy on me. The company address all my issues and fixed everything in a timely manner.
