I've been working with Frankie and he has been veey helpful in purchasing the right carpet and even more so with being accommodating with multiple install schedule changes. As frustrating as it has been having to move install dates to accommodate other work being done at our home, having some peace of mind knowing the new carpet won't be potentially damaged right away
