This was our second time to purchase carpet from these folks, and it was a great experience. So great, in fact, that I wish other businesses would follow their model. Prices were posted on the displays (this was not the case at 2 other places we visited). The staff was helpful, but absolutely zero sales pressure. They scheduled on our timeline, showed up when promised, did a quality install, even saved us a few bucks after the measurement was complete. Cameron helped us, and was great. I'd absolutely buy from them again.

Kim at Carpet Exchange was super helpful. She showed us a lot of options and answered all our questions. She was easy to get a hold of while we were working through the process. Very knowledgeable.
Andre and team did the install. Outstanding job! We had pretty difficult stairs that were initially covered with carpet. He had to make lots of special cuts, and he did an amazing job!
