I have been a long-time patient, and once again, I had excellent service. From the woman at the front desk, the assistant who met with me first, and the PA that I saw. I received professional care. My questions were answered, and I didn't wait too long.

Phone system gets MINUS ZERO stars for insistent AI, wait length, needing to wait TWICE for dermatology plus cosmetic, not being able to speak directly with office (after being “transferred” there only to wait on hold, leaving messages, and no return calls).
I assume this is a glitch in the buyout of Advance Dermatology by CaraMia and hope it will change but I’m pretty insistent, and if it wasn’t for Paula I absolutely would have given up.
Staff are inconsistent in their knowledge of specials and I get no notice of specials sent to me.
Doctors and staff were great. The only issue I had was wait time. My procedure was 55 minutes later than the scheduled appointment time. After the procedure, I was told they’d bring me back in 5-10 minutes for sutures. Was not called back for over an hour and a half. That was frustrating
