I came in for issues with my aductors causing my long runs to hurt a bit and I felt that I was heading for an injury. I had 8 weeks until a very difficult marathon and needed to attempt to correct the issues or cancel the marathon. I had been at CACC Aurora before for a lower left back issues and found that this old injury was causing my hips to displace incorrectly causing my issues. Sean helped my get the strength back where is was needed to prevent future injuries. This worked not only was I ready for the marathon but I ended up running faster by 23 mins because of this additional strength training and PT work. I could not have done this on my own. I am a ultra runner and run between 20-30 miles per week. With out Sean's help I would have had to slow down to prevent the injury. Thank you
My granddaughter received physical therapy from Maddie for almost a year to help with her knees and strengthening her thigh and hip muscles. Raeya is in the 6th grade now and was on the middle school track team. In the District meet for Cherry Creek school, Raeya won 1st place in the 400 meter race and 3rd place in the long jump for 6th grade. girls. Thanks Maddie for all your work with Raeya!! We miss you.
There are so many good things happening at CACC! Consistent care with the same therapist who sees you through treatment and progress. Chris was knowledgeable, invested and truly made it his goal to help improve my symptoms. I had more improvement and success with Chris than I've had anywhere else with anyone else! Also really appreciated the clean quiet professional atmosphere. Great job CACC!!
