Many thanks to Brothers Flooring for their expertise and integrity regarding water damage to my prefinished wood floor. My insurance company was trying to low-ball the repair. I ended up having several wood floor contractors look at the job, including Brothers Flooring. Brothers Flooring was not able to quote the repair because they were not able to source the same original pre-finished wood floor product to match the existing floor. Only one company (not Brothers Flooring) was able to source my original pre-finished flooring, and provide assurance that they could repair the floor to the pre-damaged condition. Brothers did a fabulous job! Marco was great to work with during the process. He answered all my questions, no matter how many, and kept me informed on the progress, start and finish times every day. My new floor is beautiful and being laced into the existing kitchen/dining and entry hardwoods makes them look like one floor. Every one I worked with from estimate to completion was wonderful. I would recommend Brothers to anyone and can’t wait to show off my new floor to family and friends.
