They came in and fixed and out oven outlet, breaker, and wiring to the even. They did a fantastic job! Super professional, talked through exactly what they did, and were transparent on pricing. Definitely recommend!

Tom/Black Bear Electric was able to get us scheduled very quickly for service after we had a GFI socket in our kitchen burn out (smoking). Not only did Tom schedule us quickly, but he kept us informed via text as to his arrival time. He also took the time to assess the needed repairs and found another GFI that had not been grounded properly.Tom was patient while answering our "electrical" questions, as we are not the original owners of our home. We were very happy with his expertise, fast, quality service, and we will most definitely use him again when we have electrical needs.BTW, we were referred by Jerry "The Screen Guy"!
