The team was quick to respond with an in person assessment & quote. Once we finalized the scope of work, installation was scheduled quickly & went so smooth and efficient. Love the text message telling me about the technician, where they are from and what their special interests are, make for a nice introduction. Also, they use s label maker to identify each breaker. I highly recommend them...Though it will be under new ownership, Done Heating & Plumbing should be even better. I recommend

There is no sense in repeating all the great things other reviewer's noted about APower and Justin. However, as I was paying my bill, I was told that they were recently purchased by Done Plumbing and Heating (to add the electrical part). I told Justin had I known that I never would have called them. Way too many awful reviews that to me overrode the good ones. I've always found other plumbers. Reviews should matter. I was glad I did not know because I am very pleased with the work, the explanation of the work and the price seemed what that is in 2023. I think they are planning to keep providing their exceptional services but I'm leery. A company that buys you out wants...read full review

I had what I perceived to be an emergency electrical situation; nothing life threatening but I was getting anxious about it. More or less started a project involving wiring some smart switches and ran into a little more than I could handle. As a bonus I also couldn't figure out what some lights wouldn't turn back on along with a mystery switch that suddenly failed to operate. It was a pretty lousy Memorial Day weekend with panic and "bit off more than I could chew." I knew I needed to call a professional to get across the finish line. Yelp to the rescue.
