American Nails has received mixed reviews. Some customers have reported negative experiences, such as encountering a roach during a pedicure and receiving poor nail service, including crooked nails, lifting nails, and broken nails. These customers do not recommend the business and suggest improvements in cleanliness and customer service. However, other customers have had positive experiences with the salon, specifically mentioning a nail technician named Diana who provided good service for both pedicures and manicures. They appreciate her taking her time and plan to return to American Nails. In summary, American Nails has had issues with cleanliness and customer service, but some customers have had pleasant experiences with specific nail technicians.
