I recommend this business for appliance repair. They were reliable, knowledgeable and the price was reasonable. I needed to have my dryer repaired since it would not start. TJ took it apart and made the diagnosis, Kevin came and cleaned the entire system, and Brandon replaced the broken part. I am very happy with the work that was done. The dryer works very well and it is as good as new.

This is the second time I’ve called Action Appliance to look at a major appliance. (Obviously, we were very satisfied with their first visit.) Allen arrived very promptly within the estimated time I was given, was very friendly and listened to my problem with the dryer. I left him to it and he soon reported that our exhaust pipe was clogged and gave me, what I thought, was a very fair price to clean it out. He cleaned it out and reported that the dryer was working properly. Couldn’t ask for more. Thank you, Allen and we are very happy to know that we have Action Appliance to count on in the future.

I was so blessed to have Brandon come to my house today and fis my washing machine. It is an older Whirlpool, and a solid machine. The water pump was shot and it did have a clog. With a great attitude and a professional job completed, I will only ask for him on my next mechanical problem.
