I reached out as my computer was running extremely slower than usual. I spoke with Al and he agreed to come to my home to troubleshoot. He diagnosed the problem and gave me options to repair, upgrade, or have a new computer built. After some discussion I decided on option 3, and 2 days later I had a new computer. I could not be happier. What I appreciated most is that Al talked me thru every step of the process. He explained the parts he was purchasing and why. He gave me options and recommendations along the way which helped me to stay within my budget.
