We live in a rental home that was having multiple issues with carbon monoxide and gas. Tom did a fantastic job replacing our furnace and was extremely thorough and found additional issues that other technicians had overlooked. Highly recommended!!!

This is the second time that we’ve used 303 Heating & Air, and Tom saved the day! Our water heater failed after years of neglect and he was able to get a replacement installed in no time. We appreciated Tom’s professionalism, knowledge, and recommendations on choosing a replacement water heater. Absolutely reasonable rate for this level service and quality work. I called in the morning and received a response very shortly after. I was able to get a same day appointment and he (owner) was able to work around my work schedule. After coming to check out my furnace, it was discovered what was wrong and problem solved. I was also educated on furnace maintenance and efficiency! He was so personable and very happy to help. I will definitely be using 303 Heating & Air in the future. Highly recommended.
