I've had two massages with Lauren at Vibrant Holistics. She took the time to talk to me up front to first figure out what is going on and how she can help. Then she got right to work over two 90 minute sessions a couple of days apart. My neck, shoulders and lower back we're focused on where a lot of tension had built up. Immediately after I felt great and now two weeks later still relaxed and tension and muscle spasm free. I'll be going back for sure.

I don't many reviews. And when I do them, it's almost never five stars. But this experience needs to be shared with others. I found Lauren on a search in the very competitive spa and wellness market that is Aspen. When I called her, it was on a prayer that she (or any massage therapist for that matter) would be able to accommodate a last minute booking for 90 minutes of massage service. She was not actually available for me, but upon talking a little more, she decided to move some things around to make time for me. Great start, right? I am new to Reiki. Paul at the Spirit Bar set me up with Lauren HHC. She is very nice and spent some time with me explaining about energy healing. I really did not know what to expect from my session. I can tell you I have never felt such an overwhelming love encapsulating my entire being. The experience was profoundly spiritual and as it was taking place I felt one with the universe. Afterwards I walked in the grass and hugged a tree like it was a true friend. It really is powerful knowing that we are all connected, therefore never truly alone. I would highly recommend Lauren as she has a true gift. Thank you again Lauren!
