I had an emergency with my dog this morning and after being brushed off by my own vet, Kathy and Dr. Abercrombie were very kind and reassured me that my concerns were valid and got him in first thing that morning. Thanks to their urgency and care, my boy is back to himself. Especially being in a very emotional state and worried about my dog, having staff that cared about my pet is exactly what I needed!
